Good Afternoon Dr. Long:

Please verify the version of the genome assembly you are using.
We recently changed the default human genome assembly from:
        March 2008 UCSC hg18, NCBI Build 36
to:     February 2009, UCSC hg19, GRCh37

Perhaps you were looking at some tracks that are only
on the older genome assembly, Mar. 2008.
