There is a correspondence between tables in the database and these files. This error you mention indicates something is out of sync between the tables in the database and these files. The set of directories you indicate here appear to be up to date. What you need to do is update the database tables for mouse and rat. This set of tables and files are on a weekly update cycle. They are all ready to go by Monday morning so start your rsync in the early part of the week.
