Hello,
I frequently use the HgLiftover tool without having any problem.
I am tryng now to convert a set of sequences from the human GRCh37 annotation
to the Hg18 annotation.
I receive a message that conversion failed on all the records with a failure
message explanation of "deleted in new".
Alternatively, when I search for such a coordinate on the genome browser with
GRCh37 and convert this specific region via the genome browser, it has no
problem to convert it to Hg18.
How can I resolve that problem?
