Hello Matteo - Sequences in the chrN_intronEst tables can be linked through to the library table (name only - no description) using the following path (using hg18 as an example);
hg18.chrN_intronEst hg18.gbCdnaInfo.acc (via intronEst.qName) hg18.library.id (via gbCdnaInfo.library) This type of path can be found by using the Table browser and the "view table schema" tool. Please note that these tables (in particular gbCdnaInfo) are very large - too large to query using the Table browser. Instead, download all of the tables and to perform a query/join using your own tools. For small queries, the public mySql server is also an option, using your own mySQL query. The final (and best) option is to use the library browsing tool at the Unigene NCBI project as it links into the full biologics data associated with the sequence submission.
