The tables kgAlias and kgXref contain this type of data. They can be downloaded 
from the Table browser or the Downloads area.

Using the Table browser, the tables are under the track UCSC Genes. Browse 
these tables and the related tables to learn the schemas (using the "view 
schema" button)

On the Downloads server home page, follow the links: Common name -> Assembly -> 
Annotation Database
Using ftp, this is the same path as: goldenPath/<db>/database
