Hello Elodie,

You are correct - the track TFBS Conserved is contained in the hg18 database, 
but not the hg19 database. So, no tables have been deleted anywhere. Just 
double check that the correct database (hg18) is selected in the Table browser, 
or Assembly gateway page, or Downloads area when viewing/retrieving the data.

The table tfbsConsSites Data between the two would not be the same even if they 
both had the track, since the reference genomic sequence that the mapped 
position are based on would be different. 

The table tfbsConsFactors Data would also probably not be the same, since 
looking at the latest release notes at Biobase, it appears the last update was 
in Fall 2009 (the hg18 track was created in 07/2007). You could download the 
data there and compare to see how much change there has been for Human.
