Hi, folks, Is the PicTar miRNA target binding site data up-to-date? What is the version of the TargetScan data? Is there a plan to coordinate with all the sources of annotating data on updating their data?
PicTar data seems to be 4-5 year old. More miRNA have been identified during this time.
