Hello,

Some tracks to consider:
RNA Genes
sno/miRNA
TS miRNA sites

The best way to learn about these and to search for other potential sources is 
to go into the genome browser gateway, set the genome (I used hg18, as hg19 is 
still being populated with tracks such as these), and use the "configure" 
button to review the long lable of the tracks and click through to the 
description page with contents/methods declared.
