Good Morning Dr. Cambridge:

Please note the table browser intersection example in the middle of this 
presentation:

That intersection uses exons and intersects with the conservation
scores.  The only difference for your case is that you would select
"data value format" instead of "bed format" output from the conservation
track to get those values in the exons.
