Hello Ying,

The sequence has been retracted from RefSeq, therefore it was removed 
from the RefSeq Genes track.

Updates are an ongoing process for GenBank tracks. Click into the 
description page and look for this type of notation in the first section 
(example is from hg18 & RefSeq Genes).
