Hello Al,

This has been a problem for other users in the past. The solution would 
be to remove any blocks that Check Point is setting for access to the 
UCSC website.

I do not know how long you have been using this firewall software, but 
if it is new, perhaps the block is located in the default settings. If 
it is not new and you used to have access and do not now, perhaps the 
block was introduced during an update.

How to remove the block or to add the genome browser to the list of 
accessible sites would be known by Check Point product support team. I 
found their help page at this location:
