Hi, Browsing through the ENCODE HudsonAlpha Methyl-seq data track on the Y chromosome I noticed you have released data on four cell lines (GM12878, H9ES, HAL and K562). I'm probably doing something wrong but can you explain to me how GM12878 has Y-chromosome methylation data if the donor for the cell line was female?
