Hello Sara, That you for reporting this problem. It was a bug that we were able to correct today. The fix is on our test server if you would like to load your Custom track there. If you notice anything unexpected, we would be glad to know. http://genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu
The change will be published to the main genome browser in about 2 1/2 weeks (it will not make it into next pending CGI release, as we have already begun testing, but it will be part of the CGI release immediately after).
