Hello,

The database mySQL tables contain compressed data for display. Datafiles 
for analysis are also available on the Downloads server, under the 
assembly. Instead of going into the directory: Annotation Database, go 
into the directory: Multiple Alignments -> Basewise conservation scores 
(phyloP) of 43 vertebrate genomes with Human
