Hello Majid,

The problem is likely access. Is the http server you are using behind a 
firewall? If ftp, do you need to add a name/password to the url? Are 
characters in the name/password escaped? If the UCSC Browser 
(essentially any external site) cannot read the file, then it cannot 
load. Any questions about access can be addressed to your system 
administrator and they will likely be able to help.

If the access problems are eliminated and you would like for us to test 
the data, please create the smallest size file that still creates the 
problem and then send your complete input string and any settings, and 
we can try to load the data from here and provide feedback.

You can send the information directly to me, not the entire mailing 
list, and I will gather input from the Browser team as appropriate.
