Hello, I'm using the GC content in UCSC genome browser. According to the instruction in http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg18/gc5Base/, the possible values of gc5Base are 0, 20, 40, 60, 80, 100. However I found a value of 33 at window chr1:142386046-142386050. Does anyone know how could this value be possible?
