Hello again Sophia, The file tfbsConsSites is in BED6 format + one additional column unique for this dataset called zScore: BED6: http://genome.ucsc.edu/FAQ/FAQformat.html#format1
Use the Table browser to learn what tables are associated with which track and to understand format. Read the track description to understand what information the short labels in the table schema really refer to for any particular data set. When the track is brought up in the Table browser, click on "describe table schema" to see the table definitions/schema, associated tables (with common keys noted), and the full track description. You can also select "All tables" to select tables alphabetically. http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTables http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTables#Help http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/hgTablesHelp.html Jen --------------------------------- Jennifer Jackson UCSC Genome Bioinformatics Group http://genome.ucsc.edu/ On 3/4/10 9:09 PM, sophia isabel wrote: > Dear UCSC, > I have problem regarding the datas in transcriptional factor binding sites > (tfbsconsites-hg18) Iam not able to find out what each column of the data in > tfbsconsites corresponds to.
