Hello, I'm wondering the start position of ChipSeq peaks of Yale TFBS is 1-based or 0-based. I found the peak data in http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg18/encodeDCC/wgEncodeYaleChIPseq/is identical to the data from Table Browser. Since it is indicated in Table Browser that *"all start coordinates in our database are 0-based"*, should I assume the start positions of ChipSeq peaks are 0-based?
