Hi Yueming, I can see both .bam and .bai files; however, our network software expects the the FTP server to support the "SIZE" command, and it looks like your server does not:
500 'SIZE /pub/jax-churchill/C3H_chr1_175335000-175400000.bam': command not understood. We use the size and date information to make sure that our cached data is not stale due to file update. I don't think we have encountered this lack of SIZE in an ftp server before.
