Hello Jonathan, There is similar data in the genome browser for hg18: PanIslet FAIRE subtracks in the ENCODE Open Chromatin track
It might be a good idea to check with the data authors or the other contacts from the publication to see if this is the same dataset that they reference. We are not aware of any other data submissions. You also have the option of loading and viewing the data yourself as a Custom track(s). The supplemental data in excel format would need to be converted to text and then into one of the supported formats.
