I am writing a grant to sequence the genome of a unicellular dinflagellate algae marine parasite, using 454 sequencing technology and am interested in using a genome annotation service. This work would be done in the US. Would you be able to carry out annotation work? If so would you have a cost estimate? If not, would you be able to point me to another organisation or company?
