Hello, I'm actualy working on affymetryx U133 plus 2.0 mycroarray. I would like to know the position of all probes of each probset. This data are not available on the annotation provided by exprsession console. The only way I finded to have it is to go on affymetrix web site and to look to each probe set. It will be a bit too long to enter this data one by one for each probes set and I cannot design a progam to automaticaly take it from affymetryx web site (affymetrix serveur do not allow to perform this kind of request directly on there's web site).
For the moment, I try to use psl file on IGB but the psl file I finded were created in 2006 and IGB do not want to open it. (I simply try to open it from igb open button and from a unzip file provided by Affymetrix web site° I would like to know If I can find this data by an other way and were I can find a psl file for HG genome.
