Hello Miquel,

Your initial link has some formatting problems, it should be:
http://genome.cse.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/das/dm3/types?type=phastConsElements15way

We have found that some browsers display the data and some do not (with
a warning that the XML data returned is not a recognized format - this
can be ignored). Perhaps try the new link with your browser and test
with others. A Safari will show a blank page, but using Firefox will
return data with a warning.

And for the features? url, yes, segment is required. Otherwise the
entire dataset would attempt to transfer, slowing both servers down.
Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Best advice: Use the corrected link, test on a few browsers, then pick
the best browser for your purposes.

Thanks!
Jennifer
