Hello, Tracks found in the Variation and Repeats track group with SNP content would be a good place to start. For example, using SNPs(130) [aka dbSNP build 130] the ability to choose the "class" of Simple Nucleotide Polymorphisms includes In/Del, Insertion, and Deletion. Locate controls on the track description page (click on the track name or side bar in browser window when track is open).
