Hello Manisha, The Table browser does this - the current format as fasta has the information in the header line ">" as I just sent. Those rows could be extracted from the output after downloading and formatted. This is probably the best solution as the values in the row could be converted using excel or similar and the global footprint is already summarized. For batch, set region=genome, name file, and download as compressed.
Another option is to output as BED format just 3' UTR data, but this will result in one row per 3' UTR exon (one or more per transcript). To get the global start/stop, you again would need to download, then merge the values or possibly merge in Galaxy. The option to just use the original genePred file, interpret the coordinates to extract the 3' data only, is also always an option if you have programming resource.
