Hello Joe, Concerning the track TargetScan miRNA Regulatory Sites
It is contained in the Mar. 2006 (NCBI36/hg18) Assembly. Are you perhaps looking in the Human Feb. 2009 (GRCh37/hg19) Assembly? We are still developing tracks for hg19.
