Hi Anyuan, The hg19 version of the Conserved TFBS track has not yet been created, but it is on the list of tracks we intend to include for hg19. At this time, we are unable to provide a reliable time-frame as to when you might expect this track, but we can say that it will likely be at least 2 months.
