Hi Zhongwu, We recently changed the default human assembly from Mar. 2006 (NCBI36/hg18) to Feb. 2009 (GRCh37/hg19). The new assembly, hg19, doesn't yet have all of the tracks that hg18 has. You may be looking at hg19 instead of hg18.
From the main gateway page, the hg18 data is still available. http://genome.cse.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgGateway Under the "assembly" drop down, select "Mar. 2006 (NCBI36/hg18)." The Affymetrix tracks are under the "Expression" group. We are actively working to add tracks to hg19 (from internal and external sources). If you still don't see the track you are looking for in hg18, please don't hesitate to contact the mail list again.
