It will also be included in the web version of liftOver: http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgLiftOver If you do not see the file in a week or two, please write back for an update. For the MAC binary executable of liftOver - the team is discussing how to address this. The source code is in the kent tree, but there may be challenges if you attempt to compile on a MAC (although you are certainly welcome to try). We will get back with an update concerning this as soon as possible, Thank you!
