Hi Angie and Jennifer,

I've been working with the network guys to diagnose the issue. It turns out
port 873 (the default rsync port) is blocked. They have asked if I can run the
rsync commands over ssh. Would this be possible?

Hi Josh,

Another thought -- could your network's firewall be blocking some ports?
Hopefully your local system administrators can help determine whether that is
an issue.
