Hello Nicolas, Currently, bigBed/bigWig and a few other data types are not supported by Genome Graphs. However, the team has been discussing plans to add in this functionality. Nothing has been decided yet, and any changes would need to be prioritized, but we agree that it would be a very useful enhancement.
