Dear UCSC genome group, I am wondering if there is a table including genomic loci for all sequences that could be mapped to mm9 by BLAT.
For example, NM_001037910 sequence in NCBI is suppressed because it is not support for protein currently but it seems that the sequence can be still mapped to genome. so does it mean we need to keep it somewhere? I wonder if i can the genomic loci of this sequence in one of the tables.
