http://www.affymetrix.com/browse/products.jsp?productId=131475 We are currently working on a track for the Affymetrix MOE430 version 2.0 array that you reference in your link. You may use it at http://genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu/, however, please note that tracks on the test server (that are not on the public server) have not undergone formal quality assurance and that the data may change before its final public release.
