Dear Genome Browser Support: I am interested in finding the homologous regions of some Saccharomyces mikatae, Saccharomyces bayanus sequences in the Saccharomyces cerevisiae genome. I wonder whether you could help me generate liftover files from Saccharomyces mikatae to SaCer1, and from Saccharomyces bayanus to SaCer1.
