Hi guys, We would like to upload for public viewing our differentially methylated region (DMR) data published in Nature Genetics. As you may know (please see the reprint), most of the differential methylation in colon cancer and stem cell reprogramming is not in islands but in nearby "shores" and also lower CpG content sequence. We've generated extensive lists of such differential data, as well as tissue-specific differential methylation. Do you agree to include it as a track? If so, what format would you like?
