Hello Dario,

At the time of upload, the Y-axis scale can be set by the user, for all 
custom tracks loaded (in batch, if desired).

In track line set:

autoScale=off (default is "on" for custom tracks)

Then, set these graphing attributes as desired:

(scroll to Parameters for custom wiggle track definition lines
  - ignore wiggle part, most work for most tracks).

When done, save your results into a Session for longer-lived data (with 
saved viewing parameters).
