Hello Anna,

You are correct - the human sequences have been moved out of the panTro2
RefSeq track and into the Other RefSeq track.

Currently, there is no way to filter for only human sequences in the
track controls for the Other RefSeq track in the browser, although
adding in a species filter to the CGI is being discussed.

For now, the best solution is to simply open both tracks and note the
species name that is next to the gene name when viewing the Other RefSeq
track.

The change was made for two reasons 1) many user requests to make the
RefSeq track consistent with all of the other RefSeq tracks (to contain
native sequences only - chimp in this case) and 2) there are more chimp
RefSeq available now than there were when the combined chimp-human track
was created.

We apologize for the inconvenience this this change has caused you,

Jennifer
