Hi, I have a question regarding the use of the genome browser. I am trying to identify how many genes in the mouse genome contain the following sequence:
ttggc(n5)gccaa this is a consensus sequence specific for a trancription factor that I study and am trying to get an idea of how many possible genes this factor can potentially regulate upon binding to the sequence. What is the best way to go about doing this using genome browser?
