Hi, I am a database developer for NCICB. I am wondering if you will post EST annotation files for each chromosome like chr1_est.txt.gz under the directory http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg19/database/? I can find those files with the genome build hg18.
