Dear Sir/ Ma'am Btau 4.2, a new bovine assembly, was released in August 15, 2008.
However, Btau 4.2 is not included as a new genome in USCS web liftover tool (UMD3 assembly, released in 2009 is included, but it is a different assembly by a different group). If possible, please include Btau 4.2 in the liftover tool so that we can use Btau 4.0 annotation DB for Btau 4.2. Thank you very much for your time.
