Hi!
[hgwdev:~> bedSort
bedSort - Sort a .bed file by chrom,chromStart
usage:
bedSort in.bed out.bed
in.bed and out.bed may be the same.
Given that this is so simple,
you can probably just use the system sort
in the file.
