Hello Dimiter, We do not have an annotation track for Common fragile sites (CFSs) in any of our assemblies, although there appears from a google search with "mouse fragile sites genome" that there are several literature references. Perhaps if you reviewed these you would be able to locate a data source that meets your research requirements.
With a dataset, you would then be able to use the Custom track tool to create your own annotation track of the data that could be viewed along with the native browser tracks. Custom track help: http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/hgTracksHelp.html#CustomTracks We apologize for not having more definitive information for this data type. If you are able to locate a quality dataset for this annotation, we would be interested in learning about it. Thank you!
