The genome browser expects to find /gbdb/.../ paths as exactly that. If your gbdb hierarchy is somewhere else, create a symlink: /gbdb/ -> /your/gbdb/

I have another issue with displaying track descriptions. I am trying to include descriptions for the tracks, by putting the information in a ".html" file with the same name as the track name in the trackDb directory. However it is giving the following error. The gbdb/ath1/html directory path actually exists in the root directory of genome-browser. Thanks for your suggestions. sridhar #################################################################################### [r...@quellious trackDb]# make alpha DBS=ath1 find . -type l -exec rm {} \; #cvs -q up -d -P . ./loadTracks -release=alpha trackDb hgFindSpec ath1 hgTrackDb -release=alpha Arabidopsis ath1 trackDb ../../lib/trackDb.sql .
