Hi Hyunsoo,

Unfortunately, UCSC Genes transcripts do not have polyA annotations.
Instead use the Table Browser to do an intersection
of UCSC Genes and the Poly(A) track. To do this, select Genes and Gene
prediction tracks from the Group pull-down menu and then UCSC Genes from
the track pull-down menu. Click the intersect button, and then choose
mRNA and EST tracks from the Group pull-down menu and then Poly(A) from
the track pull-down menu. Finally, choose the radio button "All UCSC
Genes records that have no overlap with Poly(A)" and click submit.

I hope this information is helpful. Please feel free to contact the
mail list again if you require further assistance.

Best,
Mary
