Hi Angela,

The mRNA sequence in the foldUtr3 and foldUtr5 tables maintain the same 
stranded-ness as the original mRNA, meaning that the sequence is 
reported in the direction of transcription. You should be able to match 
the sequence from the foldUtr5 or foldUtr3 table to the mRNA sequence 
reported on the details description page for any UCSC gene. If you 
believe you have found an exception, please let us know.
