Hello, I suspect that the start coordinates of segmental duplication download from Table Browser is not 0-based but 1-based. Because I found the coordinates were the same as the coordinates download from Segmental Duplication Database (http://humanparalogy.gs.washington.edu/build36/build36.htm)
