Hi Federica,

Are you referencing chromosome 6 of the hg18 assembly? If so, the gene 
you are looking at is on the opposite strand; to view the other 3 codon 
frames on the negative strand, click on the "-->" next to the base track.

In the future, please include the assembly, chromosome and position of 
your area of concern so that it is easier for us to assist you. I hope
