Hello Jennifer

I downloaded xenTro2.2bit file and ran a command "twoBitInfo" with arguments
are xenTro2.2bit and xenTro2.tab. After twoBitInfo is completed, xenTro2.tab
is contained no chr. information. Would you please show me how to obtain
this information? Thank you very much.

Best regards,

Hung Nguyen

  Hello,

The file is on the Downloads server at:

  ftp://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/gbdb/xenTro2/

Use anonymous ftp as described in the FAQ below. Once
logged in, cd into the gbdb/xenTro2 directory to get the
file.
