Hello Domenico,

Using the "Sessions" feature will help both with persistency and link 
sharing. Functional links can be obtained when inside the tool that do 
not expire as long as the dataset is active. Data in a Session will 
remain on the server for ~4 months and sometimes longer.

Best practice would be to keep copies of all Sessions, since a 
relatively rare case can occur when the data in a Session is 
unexpectedly lost (disc problems, etc. beyond our control).

A link to the Session function help is below. Be sure to note that you 
want to use/share the link generated from inside of Sessions, not just 
the url from your web browser.
