Hello Mark,

The human assemblies do not have YAC clones aligned as a native track. 
However, since the assemblies at UCSC are the same as the reference 
genomes at NCBI, if you are able to locate a dataset aligned to the same 
reference genome it would be possible to create a Custom track of the data.
